The Cold storage chambers had a storage system based on mobile shelves for both European and American pallets. We have metallic cages for products that can´t be stored in pallets and metallic containers for storing large fish in bulk as well. This allows us to assure an optimal storage of the products keeping them in perfect conditions in all stages of manipulation.

 

The entries of the chambers have a system of hot air gates. This system forms a barrier that avoids the formation of ice and cold loses during the entrance and exit of the merchandise.

 

We count with forklift trucks that have a location control system that works with radio frequency. This system provides us with real time actualized information about the stored merchandise, ensuring the traceability of the different batches and products.

 

The Cold storage chambers are connected with the classification and picking areas and the loading docks by motorized roller paths. The classification area is equipped with baling and labeling automatic systems. Both systems avoid the cold losses of the merchandise in the exit processes.
